We choose DHL and PosteItaliane couriers for secure shipment and best service. As per international laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports all cardinalmilano.com orders are shipped out of Milan, Italy with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Euro.

Orders are shipped from cardinalmilano.com Milan, Italy – Monday – Friday from 9:00-16:00 CEST.

All orders from 16 April till 25 April will be shipped at 26 April.

Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.

Confirmed orders placed before 16:00 CET will be shipped the same day (excluding Saturday and Sunday). During sales or special promotions, shipping times may be longer.

Concierge Box 
pre-ordered items as well as items paid through Direct bank transfer will be shipped as soon as Cardinal receives money on the company bank account indicated in the invoice.

When the order is shipped, Clients receive an E-mail from cardinalmilano.com specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status as well as the relative invoice.

In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or cardinalmilano.com.

Upon delivery of every order, we kindly ask Clients to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing the delivery. cardinalmilano.com white boxes with our logo are carefully packed in a second cover box. If for any reason the box looks damaged, check it immediately. In case the box has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact cardinalmilano.com at customercare@cardinalmilano.com

If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per cardinalmilano.com commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
