Cardinalno Srl declines every responsibility for cases where, due to a particular configuration of a client’s computer or monitor, the colours of the products visualised on the website may appear slightly different from the original. We have made every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible.

4. Product Availability

Items featured on the website reflect actual availability in colour and size. The site is directly linked to the warehouse of Cardinalno Srl. Once an order is processed, Cardinal Milano reserves the right to verify the availability of the merchandise and the validity of the transaction. Clients will be informed promptly — and in any case within 30 days of the order — if for any reason the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as requested.

5. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service. All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law.

6. Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information

7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail address provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without providing any reason.

Products excluded from the right of withdrawal:

• Made to Order (MTO) products — items produced on commission and personalised to the Client’s specifications are custom-made goods and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to Art. 59(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. MTO items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This exclusion is clearly indicated on each MTO product page before purchase.
• Exotic leather products subject to CITES — products made from exotic leathers regulated by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) cannot be returned or exchanged due to applicable legal restrictions on the international movement of such materials. This exclusion is clearly indicated on each exotic leather product page before purchase.

To exercise the right of withdrawal for all other eligible products, you must notify Cardinalno Srl by sending a clear written statement to info@cardinalmilano.com before the withdrawal period expires. The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise stated.

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 14 days. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.

9. Commercial Policies — Processing Orders

Cardinalno Srl reserves the right to decline an order if it does not receive express verification or approval from the Client’s bank or payment provider. Once an order is placed for available items, no changes can be made to that order. Cardinal Milano reserves the right to delay a shipment if circumstances beyond our control prevent timely dispatch. Please note that during promotions and sales events there may be delays in immediate shipping. It is at the sole discretion of Cardinalno Srl to decline to process an order and/or to offer service to anyone at any time.

10. Final Customer

Cardinalno Srl has created and published cardinalmilano.com with the mission to offer a service exclusively to Final Customers. By “Final Customer”, Cardinalno Srl means any person or persons who do not operate an entrepreneurial or professional activity that may include, but is not limited to, the resale of merchandise purchased at cardinalmilano.com.

Cardinalno Srl invites Users who may not be considered a “Final Customer” to refrain from establishing business relations with cardinalmilano.com or from using third-party accounts to forward purchase orders. Cardinalno Srl reserves the right to not process orders from persons that do not qualify as Final Customers.

• Be an individual as defined as a “Final Customer”
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be eligible and competent to enter into legally binding contracts
• Have a valid e-mail address
• Have a valid payment method accepted by the site
